Team

Kumi isn’t just our name, it’s what we are.

Kumi is the Japanese word for team. Each of us is individual – yet we are united by the motivation to change health care together.

In our company, we’re not just colleagues who come together but individuals with diverse qualities. Working together requires openness, trust, and sometimes courage.

To us, that means being team players.

As a team, we develop a culture of respect and appreciation, in which everyone can develop freely. The result is an atmosphere in which we are able to learn from each other, come together, and take responsibility for our work.

There’s one thing we never lose sight of: Work can also be fun. A wobbly birthday serenade in a Zoom call is just as valuable as a completed sprint.

„In times of staff shortages and absurd double documentation, as a doctor, one longs for a clear platform that transparently presents the most important patient information - so that more time can be devoted to the most important thing: the patients.“

„As an OR nurse, I realized that procedures need to be simpler and safer. At Kumi, I can make a positive difference in the way hospitals work.“
